Boca Raton Road Runners annual 5K walk and 10K run
Boca Raton is proud to have the Boca Raton Road Runners host the 34th annual 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run and Fitness Challenge benefiting The Boca Raton Firefighter and Paramedic Benevolent Fund in support of Children's Burn Foundation of Florida Inc. This wonderful event will take place on December 29, 2013 at 7:30 a.m. at Spanish River Park in Boca Raton. This scenic race takes places along the beautiful shaded coastline of A1A.
There will be 2 unique fitness challenges offered in addition to the 5K and 10K races. These fitness challenges will test strength, agility, and mobility. The Boca Raton 5K and 10K races will offer timed results with awards and up to 750 participant t-shirts. The fitness challenges will be offering timed results with medals and up to 300 t-shirts.
This amazing event is one of the many great ways the community of Boca Raton truly comes together supporting positive causes. Many of the local area business are happy to sponsor this charitable event including Corner Bakery Cafe, Runners Edge, Publix Supermarkets and Boca Raton Road Runners.
